How many lounge visits will you actually use before the year is out? If the answer is more than one, the 3 visit Plaza Premium voucher covers three entries into the group’s lounges, all managed from the Smart Traveller app.

Spreading three visits

Three entries cover an outbound and return trip with one extra stop, or three short business journeys, or a family itinerary split across stages. Against the single visit voucher the only difference we can state is the count: with no published per-visit rate, compare the three sizes on their own pages rather than doing the arithmetic yourself.

From checkout to the lounge door

1. Open your order email or My codes and keep the pass number and activation code to hand.
2. Remember the supplier’s rule that the code counts as activated only 24 hours after purchase.
3. In the Smart Traveller app pick the activation option, enter the number and code, and submit.
4. The passes move into the app wallet, ready to show at reception on each visit.

Operating hours may shift with operational need, as the supplier warns, so check the Plaza Premium site before each flight. Some additional facilities are offered at particular locations only and may be charged separately.
