Plaza Premium Group – 1 Lounge Access (Activated within 24 hours)

Description

A single Plaza Premium lounge pass buys one entry into the group’s airport lounges: somewhere to sit away from the gate crowd, with the facilities that particular lounge provides. Activation runs through the Smart Traveller app, and the voucher is shown at the lounge reception on arrival.

When one visit is the right amount

One entry fits a single outbound trip or a long connection you would rather spend comfortably, and it makes a modest gift for someone with a flight coming up. If several journeys are booked, the 3 and 6 visit vouchers are listed separately. We do not quote a value per visit, because the sizes are not built on any published per-visit rate.

Activating and using the pass

1. Wait until 24 hours have passed since purchase; the supplier does not treat the code as activated before then.
2. Sign in to the Smart Traveller app and choose the option to activate a Plaza Premium pass.
3. Enter the pass number and activation code from your order email or from My codes.
4. Once accepted, the pass appears in the app wallet and is presented at the lounge reception.

Before you buy

The supplier notes that lounge operating hours can change with operational needs, and that extras such as shower facilities or grooming services exist only at certain locations and may carry additional charges. Check the Plaza Premium site for the location you will travel through.
