Description
Made for Xbox players of Overwatch 2 who would rather hand over a code than keep a card saved on their Microsoft account, and for anyone buying it as a present for another player to redeem. This is the global-store listing, and redeeming it credits 2000 Coins to the account you sign in with.
What the 2000 Coin load gives you
The certain part is the number: 2000 Coins arrive in one go and stay on the account until you spend them. What they stretch to is set by the in-game shop, whose line-up and prices shift with the game’s seasons, so we will not promise you any particular item. If you are saving toward something specific, open the shop and check its price first, then decide whether this load covers it.
Redemption in four steps
- Open Microsoft’s code redemption page in a browser.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox profile.
- Enter the 25-character code; the dashes are formatted for you.
- Continue through the confirmation prompts until the value is added.
Worth knowing first
Check the account name on screen before confirming, because the credit follows whichever account is signed in. The card is for the Xbox version of the game, not other platforms. The supplier’s terms state that it cannot be reloaded and cannot be exchanged for cash. Orders are normally final, with the exceptions set out in the store’s refund policy.
Once a code has been revealed an order is normally final. The exceptions are set out in the refund policy, for example an invalid code or a product that does not match your order. Refund policy
Frequently asked questions
Can the Coins be used on a different game?
No. They credit as Overwatch 2 Coins on the account you redeem with and are spent in that game's shop.
Which account should I be signed in as when redeeming?
The Microsoft account your Xbox profile uses, since that is where the value lands and cannot be moved later.
Can I redeem it from a phone or a laptop?
Yes, Microsoft's redemption page opens in any browser. The value lands on the signed-in account and is there when you next play on Xbox.
