Description

Mortal Kombat 11 is a one-on-one fighting game played on a two-dimensional plane, built around combo strings, special moves and the cinematic finishers the series is known for. Kombat Pack II is extra content for that game rather than a game of its own, sold here as a digital key covering the Xbox and PC versions, with no single storefront named in the listing.

An add-on, not a standalone purchase

Buy this only if Mortal Kombat 11 is already on the account you play with. We do not itemise what the pack unlocks, because the publisher sets that list and it has changed over time. Open the official Microsoft store page for the pack and read the contents there before you order, so there is no doubt about what you are paying for.

Redeeming the code on an Xbox console

  1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide, then move across to the store.
  2. Open the side menu from the offers button and pick the redeem option.
  3. Type in the 25-character code exactly as it appears in your ZoqCard account, then confirm.
  4. Follow the prompts on screen and the add-on downloads to whichever account is signed in.

Points worth checking first

The code works once, and it binds permanently to the first account that enters it, so make sure the right gamertag is signed in. Once the characters have been revealed on screen, the purchase cannot be reversed or swapped for a different item. Keep the base game installed on that same account, and Microsoft’s services agreement carries the full terms.

Other amounts in this category

Once a code has been revealed an order is normally final. The exceptions are set out in the refund policy, for example an invalid code or a product that does not match your order. Refund policy

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Mortal Kombat 11 to use this pack?

Yes. It is add-on content that installs on top of the base game, so the base game has to be owned on the account you redeem with.

Does one key cover both Xbox and PC?

The listing is sold as an Xbox and PC product. Redeem it on the Microsoft account you use for the game, and the entitlement follows that account.

What exactly is inside Kombat Pack II?

We do not publish the item list because the publisher controls it. The official Microsoft store page for the pack shows the current contents.
