Description

If you are still on a last-generation Xbox but expect to move up, the Cross-Gen Bundle of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is built for exactly that position. The game is a first-person shooter with a covert-operations campaign, online competitive multiplayer and a Zombies mode. What you buy here is a digital key for the Xbox platform.

What Cross-Gen actually covers

One licence covers the versions for both console generations. Play on the hardware you own today, then download the newer-generation version when you upgrade, without paying for the game a second time, as long as you use the same account. The base game is identical either way.

How to redeem

  1. Sign in with your Microsoft account on whichever Xbox you own.
  2. From the guide, open the Store and pick the use-a-code entry.
  3. Type the 25 characters carefully and continue.
  4. Choose the console version you want to install from the game page.

Good to know

The licence lives on the account rather than the console, so keep your sign-in details safe. Online modes require a Microsoft online play subscription, and the code is single use with no refund once revealed.

Other amounts in this category

Once a code has been revealed an order is normally final. The exceptions are set out in the refund policy, for example an invalid code or a product that does not match your order. Refund policy

Frequently asked questions

Do I get two separate downloads?

You get one licence covering both console versions and install whichever matches the Xbox you are playing on.

Does this edition include bonus content?

No, it is the base game across both generations; bonus packs belong to the higher editions.

Will my multiplayer progress carry over when I upgrade?

Progress in this series is tied to your account, so signing in on the newer console keeps it with you.
