Description

The 1999 Rhinestones card sits in the middle of the Castle Clash global store ladder, above the 199 and 799 cards and below 4999 and 9999. It is the step most players reach for when the small cards run out too quickly but the top of the range is more than they want to commit to.

What the 1999 Rhinestones step is for

Choose this size if you top up now and then and would rather hold a balance that lasts across several sessions instead of buying a small card repeatedly. Everything on the card lands on the Castle Clash account behind the IGG ID you type in during redemption, so the balance follows that account and not the device.

How to redeem the code in Castle Clash

  1. Launch the game and open Settings using the gear icon at the lower left of the main screen.
  2. Switch to the Account tab, where both the gift box icon and your IGG ID are shown.
  3. Tap the gift box, paste the code from your email, and submit it.
  4. Return to the game and check that the Rhinestones have landed.

Worth checking before you buy

This is the global store edition named in the product title. The supplier states the card cannot be reloaded, so treat it as a single use code rather than a wallet you can add to later. Confirm the IGG ID on screen matches your own before confirming. An order is normally final, with the exceptions set out in the store refund policy.

Other amounts in this category

Once a code has been revealed an order is normally final. The exceptions are set out in the refund policy, for example an invalid code or a product that does not match your order. Refund policy

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my IGG ID to use this card?

Yes. The code is entered inside the game on the account tied to your IGG ID, which the Account tab in Settings displays.

Where does the code appear after checkout?

It is emailed to the address on your order and also kept in the My codes area of your ZoqCard account.

Can I add more Rhinestones to the same card later?

No. The supplier states the card cannot be reloaded, so each card is a one time code.
